Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

We will make every attempt to ship out your order as soon as possible. 
Once your product(s) has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via email. A shipping tracking # will be included, if available. In general, orders are shipped Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday or Sunday delivery is not available. We cannot ship to P.O./A.P.O/F.P.O Box addresses.
Usually,we ship by standard airmail which is very cheaper for retail,and only take 7-10business days to arrive.The shipping cost is same all over the world,one  difference is that for some places(like USA,UK,Australia:7days can arrive),but somewhere,such as Holland,may take 10days.

Notice: 

1.Please leave us your tel or cel number which is very important for shipping,if you leave a wrong address or you are not at home when the post man deliever in case,then they can call you to let the order arrive on time.Otherwise,your order will be sent back, if your order are sent back because of leaving us one wrong address,then the extra fee you pay please. 
2.Please leave one email which you will check regularly.We will send confirmation of shipping or some other questions which may occur some times. 

Returns: 

We have a fairly consumer friendly policy when it comes to products bought and then found out to be the wrong item. Customers are free to return any product that was incorrectly ordered within the first 30-days of purchase, of course the product must be in its original packaging and un-used, we also can only refund for the cost of the product and not the shipping costs involved in sending it to you, also you will be responsible for making sure the item is returned safely to us, if you use a non registered mail service and the item does not arrive, we are not liable for this, so the rule is if you are going to return something for a refund make sure to use a shipping method that is registered, this way you know your return will make it to us safely for your refund.
